Prep ingredients
- 60 cl Cold Water
- 120 g Horseradish
- 6 g Citric Acid
- 120 cl Cucumber Juice
- 20 cl Water
- 1.8 g Agar
Instructions
Blend cold water, horseradish, and citric acid. Add cucumber juice. Strain through microfibre cloth. Mix 20cl water with 1.8g agar and boil. Add to strained liquid. Wait for liquid to curdle, then strain again through microfibre cloth.
