Prep ingredients
- 2640 ml Vodka
- 660 ml Lillet
- 26.4 g Citric Acid
- 400 ml Heather Tea
- 5280 ml Water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Keg and serve on tap. Heather Tea Syrup: Make 1 litre 2:1 sugar syrup with 100g heather tea. Bring sugar syrup to boil, add heather tea and stir continuously. Rest for 3 minutes.
