Prep ingredients

• 8 Kumquats
• 3 Whole Limes
• 5 Lemongrass Stalks
• 1 Lemon

Instructions

Weigh all the fruits together, then add twice their combined weight in sugar. Place all ingredients into the Oco machine and run the 'Aging Process' program for 7 hours. Once complete, strain the mixture to remove all solids.
