Prep ingredients
- 500 ml Ketel One
- 100 g Strawberry Caps (Green Part)
- 20 g Gentian Root
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 g Lactic Acid
Instructions
Combine Ketel One vodka, strawberry caps, and gentian in a sous vide bag. Cook at 40°C for 1 hour. Filter through a cloth. Dilute to 25% ABV. Add 100g sugar and 3g lactic acid. Stir to dissolve and bottle.
