- 2000 g Frozen Cloudberries
- 1000 ml Water
- 3 g Pectinex
Instructions
Combine frozen cloudberries, water, and Pectinex (calculated at 3% of the total weight of the cloudberry and water mixture) in a container. Process with a hand blender until fully homogenised. Rest for 2 hours to allow Pectinex to break down the pectin. Filter through a tablecloth until clarified.
