- 1000 ml Neutral Spirit (diluted to 65%)
- 200 g Nutritional Yeast
- 200 g Sugar
Instructions
Combine vodka and nutritional yeast. Distill and collect the clear fraction at approximately 60%. Dilute to 40% ABV. Add 200g sugar per litre and stir to dissolve.
