- 300 g Water
- 150 g Sugar
- 4 g Citric Acid
- 2 g Tartaric Acid
- 1 g Ascorbic Acid
- 30 g Arugula
Instructions
Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. Filter to obtain a clear liquid. Keep refrigerated.
