• 0 Fresh Banana
• 0 ml Neutral Spirit (diluted to 65%)

Instructions

Blend equal parts whole banana (including skin) with neutral spirit. Sous vide for 2 hours at 40°C. Redistill under vacuum, bringing down to 40 mbar. Rectify to 40% ABV.
