Prep ingredients

• 1000 g Water
• 25 g Agar Agar

Instructions

Bring 300g of watermelon juice to a boil with agar agar, stir until dissolved, then mix with remaining 700g of watermelon juice. Keep in the fridge for around 2 hours. Then filter through cheesecloth.
