Prep ingredients
- 140 g Cream Cheese
- 140 g Milk
- 20 ml White Chocolate
- 30 ml Egg White
- 0 top Vanilla Powder
Instructions
Warm milk and dissolve melted white chocolate into it. Blend with cream cheese until smooth. Add egg white, load into siphon, charge with N₂O, and chill. Yield: ~300 ml foam.
