Prep ingredients

• 200 g Korean Mint (Bang-A Leaf)
• 1 Neutral Spirit (90%+)

Instructions

Infuse Korean Mint (Bang-A Leaf) with Neutral Grain Spirit at room temperature for 1 day, then filter. Use rotovap to redistill at 30 mbar, 2°C, 70 rpm. Mix redistilled result with Absinthe at ratio 9:1 (redistilled spirit : Absinthe).
