- 150 ml Clarified Lacto Fermented Pineapple
- 25 ml Clarified Pineapple Juice
- 25 g Sugar
Instructions
Redistill Cocchi Americano to yield 300ml distilled spirit. Rectify with 150ml clarified lacto fermented pineapple, 25ml clarified regular pineapple juice, and 25g sugar.
