• 1 Lavender Leaves
• 1 Neutral Spirit (90%+)

Instructions

Infuse lavender leaves 1:1 by volume in 70% ABV neutral spirit for 48 hours. Strain. Add 30ml of the lavender extract to 1L simple cordial and stir to combine.
