- 700 ml Water
- 1000 g Raw Pineapple
- 12 g Dandelion Root
- 8 ml Orange Blossom Water
- 7.5 g Citric Acid
- 2.5 g Malic Acid
- 50 ml Sugar Syrup (3:2)
Instructions
Infuse 700ml water with 1kg fresh cut pineapple for 2 days. Add 12g dandelion root, 8ml orange blossom water, 7.5g citric acid, 2.5g malic acid, and 50ml sugar syrup (1:1). Strain, carbonate, and bottle.
