- 1000 g Plums (Depitted)
- 1000 ml Water
- 1 Caster Sugar
- 1 Malic Acid
Instructions
Blend 1kg depitted plums with 1L water. Add half a teaspoon of yeast (I used champagne but bakers yeast works just as well). Add 35% of total volume in sugar + malic acid to balance.
