Prep ingredients
- 500 g Ketel One
- 500 g Red Plum
- 250 g Sugar
- 2.5 g Dried Meadowsweet
Instructions
Slice plum and add everything (no plum stone) except meadowsweet into a vacuum bag, and put into ultrasonic bath. After 30min add meadowsweet and let sit in the bath for another 30min. Sieve through a wet muslin cloth and then through coffee filter.
