- 20 g Rocoto Orange Chili (burnt)
- 20 ml Orange Bitters
- 70 ml Neutral Spirit (90%+)
Instructions
Burn 20g of rocoto orange chili. Macerate for 6 days in 20ml of orange bitter and 70ml of neutral alcohol 96%. Filter through cloth and bottle.
