- 100 g Cane Sugar
- 100 g Water
- 1 Oak Barrel Wood
Instructions
Make a 1:1 simple cane syrup, then pour into a mason jar. Using a smoking machine, infuse oak barrel wood smoke into the syrup. Repeat the smoking process every 15 minutes for a total of 3–4 times.
