Prep ingredients

• 200 g Toasted Grated Coconut
• 700 g Water

Instructions

Hydrodistill coconut and water using a water distiller. Collect hydrosol (clear aromatic distillate). Integrate 40% mineral water (on distillate weight) for minerality and mouthfeel. Confirm °Brix (≈0) and pH (target 5.5–6.0). Yield: ~600 ml hydrosol.
