- 2 g Spearmint
- 1 g Peppermint
- 1 g Fieldmint
- 300 g Xylitol
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Infuse spearmint, peppermint and fieldmint for 5 minutes in 200ml hot water, then add xylitol to reach a 3:2 ratio syrup.
