Prep ingredients

• 1000 ml Water
• 60 g Dry Fig Leaves
• 400 g Sugar
• 20 g Lactic Acid
• 250 ml Milk

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Leave to rest overnight. Filter through a coffee filter until clarified.
