300 ml Neutral Spirit (diluted to 65%)
200 g Boiled Purple Corn

Instructions

Blend neutral spirit and boiled purple corn together. Sous vide for 1 hour at 55°C. Redistill, bringing ABV down to 40%. Rectify after distillation back to 40% ABV.
