Prep ingredients
- 25 g Purple Corn Distillate
- 7 g Dandelion Leaf Tincture (2:1)
- 0.75 g Dark Cocoa Nib Tincture
- 1 g Clove Tincture (5:1)
- 1 g White Pepper Tincture
- 2 g Wheatgrass Tincture (5:1)
- 12 g Purple Corn Water Reduction
- 6 g Sugar
Instructions
Batch all ingredients together. All tinctures and the distillate were made with neutral spirit. Tinctures were 2-day infusions with no sous vide. Wheatgrass was used as a powder and acts as the primary bittering agent.
