- 250 ml Cream Sherry
- 250 g White Sugar
- 100 g Dried Peaches
Instructions
Cut dried peaches into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, vacuum pack, sous vide for 5 hours at 60°C. Strain through a 25-micron milk bag.
