- 1000 g Rye
- 250 g Cream
- 32 g Earl Grey Tea
- 15 g 15% Citric Acid Solution
Instructions
Soak Earl Grey tea in rye for 20 minutes, stirring once every 5 minutes. Once 20 minutes is up, remove tea bag from rye and proceed to pour in 15g of citric acid solution into the rye. In a separate container pour in 250g of full cream milk, then proceed to pour the Earl Grey infused rye into the milk. Once done, let mixture set for 5 minutes then strain through a cheesecloth.
