- 30 g Chrysanthemum Flowers
- 600 g Vodka
- 125 g White Sugar
Instructions
Combine vodka and chrysanthemum flowers in a vac seal bag, seal and sous vide at 55°C for one hour. Cool in an ice bath before straining. Add white sugar.
