Prep ingredients
- 400 g Plantation Grand Reserve
- 350 g Espresso Syrup
- 250 g Orange Cordial
- 50 g Dry Curaçao
- 200 g Water
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Soy Lecithin
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and adjust to taste. Blend in the soy lecithin until completely dissolved. Transfer to a keg and pressurise with nitrogen at 6 bar.
