- 1000 g Ketel One Vodka
- 350 g Lillet Blanc
- 2950 g Galangal Syrup
- 1720 g Lime Juice
- 1000 g Sake
- 720 g Coconut Water
- 500 g Water
- 350 g Coconut Milk
- 1500 g Whole Milk
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the coconut milk and whole milk. Heat the coconut milk and whole milk together to 67°C, then add to the remaining mixture to begin the milk-punch clarification process. Strain through super bag.
