- 1000 g Tomato
- 2 g Pectinase
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixer and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour the liquid into a vacuum bag, seal, and place in a water bath at 40°C for 4 hours. Strain through a fine strainer.
