200 g Fresh Cut Grass
1000 ml Neutral Grain Spirit

Instructions

As soon as the grass is cut, rinse and steam wash. Once ready, infuse in neutral grain spirit for 24hr then vacuum-distil starting at 25C and not exceeding 40C.
