- 500 g Water
- 100 g Sugar Snap Peas
- 30 g Caster Sugar
- 2 g Malic Acid
Instructions
Combine and blend all ingredients with a hand blender, strain with fine strainer, then add 0.5% Pectinex. Process through the centrifuge and a coffee filter for a crystal clear liquid.
