- 500 g Yellow Bell Pepper
- 400 g Sugar
- 200 g Water
Instructions
Cut yellow bell pepper into small pieces. Combine bell pepper and sugar in a vacuum bag, vacuum-seal and infuse for two days until the sugar has dissolved. Filter. Then homogenise with water, bottle and label.
