- 600 g Sugar
- 700 g Water
- 9 g Citric Acid
- 50 g Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Cook sugar and water into a syrup. Let cool slightly, then stir in citric acid and vanilla extract. Filter, bottle, carbonate and label.
