Prep ingredients
- 40 g Shiso Leaves
- 600 g Water
- 16 g Malic Acid
- 3 g Citric Acid
- 100 g Water
- 50 g Vodka
Instructions
Blanch the shiso leaves and squeeze out well. Blend all ingredients in a Thermomix and infuse for 1 hour. Then filter, bottle and label.
